My dog was attacked yesterday. The dog that attacked mine, I have seen numerous times at the park and he usually ends up biting another dog. My dog has bite marks on his neck. The owner left the park quickly after and I could not get information to ensure vaccinations. I would like to report this. I reached out to the facebook group administrator and they were no help.

What is an off lease permit and how do I get one? My dog has a Baltimore City license and rabies shot. She also has been chipped.

There’s no off leash permits, there’s a list rules about being in the off leash park, but in general your dog shouldn’t be aggressive and needs to be fixed.

Every night I come to the park, there are always off leash dogs. I was almost attacked by one tonight.

Who do I report this behavior to? The park ranger does NOTHING.
